The Grass Withers. . .

The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever. Isaiah 40:8.

Now, for your next assignment and challenge from Craft Hoarders Anonymous is: Let's See That Hoard! A Color Challenge with a Twist

Pick the thing or things that you seem to hoard the most, and using the color scheme shown below, create a project that showcases your hoarded item or items. Do you hoard buttons, beads, ribbon, papers, stickers? Show your hoard, but only the items that match the color scheme! (Please note, you do not have to use all the colors in the photo, nor match the colors exactly. Just use the photo and the colors to inspire you to dig through your hoard.)
And one talented participant will receive a prize for their work donated by Shari Czerwinski, a Close to My Heart bundle valued at nearly $90!

You have one week remaining to prepare and submit your project by linking up at the CHAC Blog The deadline for linking up is Sunday, March 2 at midnight PST.

  1. This is definitely a class act! Love the flowers as well as the sweep of color across the sentiment.

  2. This is elegance defined! Everything is subtle and so beautiful. It makes me think of one of my favorite quotes from Coco Chanel: "a girl should be two things: classy and fabulous." This card is both. Stunning!

  3. So delicate and beautiful, love it!!!! xo

  4. This card is so elegant. I love the combination of the die cutting with embossing.

  5. You know how much I love Scripture art and your cards are always so filled with both! Love this one!

  6. Stunning! What a beautiful card.

  7. I love that Bible verse, and you illuminated so elegantly through the richness of materials and a subdued color scheme. Blessings!

  8. Beautiful card and perfect verse to add with your hoarded flowers! :-)

  9. What a lovely card, Jan. The verse is such a beautiful reminder of Father's heart for us.
